Meet Molly, our troubleshooting guru!

We are the first to admit, whether you love it or hate it, but sometimes technology or the internet doesn’t work as it should. Boohoo. Solving it is sometimes simple, like turning off and on your modem. Other times it's a little bit more complex.
As our current customers know and vouch for, whenever there is a problem, we jump onto it and make sure we can fix it as soon as humanly possible. No overseas call centers or long waiting times on hold here at Mint Telecom. Saying that, we also don’t operate a 24/7 call center and we acknowledge that when your internet plays up – more often than not, it isn’t within working hours!
That is why we have Molly! Molly is on the books 24/7, 365 days a year!
Molly’s job is to guide you through a very simple step-by-step troubleshooting guide. This guide has been developed over many years to cover off every scenario we can think of and have come across, delivered in a way…. Wait for it… that even your Grandma would understand.
Some of what Molly tackles and solves is:
- Your internet has stopped working
- Your internet service is working but is slow
- Or you may need help setting up your modem
