Reliable Internet is important to our daily lives, whether it be at home or in business.  So whether you are still running on ADSL or are on NBN, we have simple options available for you that use the best networks in the country.

We’re experts in getting services connected so you can feel at ease that we will manage the process for you and make sure you are kept up to date with the process every step of the way.

And once you’re connected you don’t have to worry about any surprises as we don’t have excess charges on any of our plans!

 

HOSTED PBX & SIP TRUNKS

Phones can now be connected through the internet, which means no line rental and no expensive installation costs and ongoing maintenance fees.

With a Hosted PBX solution from Mint you can remove phone technician costs and instead we manage your call flows and setup in the cloud!  And, when your business grows you can easily add, move or change phone extensions and locations without the upfront investment of a traditional phone system.

CONFERENCE CALLS

Easy to setup and easy to use audio conference solutions that operate from anywhere at anytime — participants just dial the access number and their participant PIN code and the Host enters their specific PIN code and you’re connected!

Our audio conferencing services provide excellent voice quality, security and ease of use. You choose the room size you’d like, right up to 100 participants and if you like you can have multiple room sizes for different needs.

And, of course, we’ve made it really simple.  No call charges are involved, we simply charge a flat monthly fee based upon the room size – that’s really easy to budget for!

Michael Speglic, BA, MBA, GAICD

Michael has over 21 years’ experience in the Australian telecommunications industry across a variety of roles, including 5 years in a Senior Executive role for ASX 200 listed M2 Group (ASX:MTU).

As Commercial Director and a member of the M2 Executive, Michael was a key contributor to M2's success through the period of growth that saw M2 scale from $70m in annualised revenue up to $1bn within a 5 year period. Michael was the Commercial Due Diligence Lead on 11 acquisitions including, but not limited to, Dodo, Primus, Commander and People Telecom, and additionally, was the overall Due Diligence lead on 2 acquisitions.
 
Utilising the insights from seeing so many different business models of varying degrees of success the concept of Mint was born.  By cherry-picking the best bits from various business models along with the knowledge of common pitfalls and missteps, Mint has been built from the ground up to deliver the best possible products and services that are available to consumers and small businesses right across Australia, all supported from Hobart, Tasmania.

I’ve been in the telecommunications industry since moving from Tasmania to London in 1997 where over a 10-year span I worked in technical customer support, account management and sales roles.

Returning to Hobart in 2007 I was with the M2 Group managing their contact centre before joining the Mint team in 2015.

Outside work I enjoy bushwalking, long distance running, travel and aviation topics.

Provisioning Team-Manager, M2 Telecommunications (SMB customers) / Primus Corporate (Corporate and Enterprise customers) (2011–2015)

After completing a bachelor’s degree in economics and working in a variety of fields, I entered the telecommunications industry in 2011 at M2 Telecommunications, becoming a provisioning team-manager overseeing a team responsible for the management of services and orders for SMB, Corporate and Enterprise customers; before making the jump to Mint Telecom at its inception in 2015.

I work indoors and play outdoors; I love coffee, wine and whisky, sailing, bushwalking and playing the guitar, and escaping Tassie winter to tropical places.
